Booking & Ski Pass Questions

After booking, you will receive a confirmation from the accommodation or the official booking platform. This confirmation, or a separate message, will include all the information you need for check-in and for purchasing your partner ski pass.

After booking your accommodation with a partner host, you will receive your guest pass. You can use it to purchase an exclusive ski pass in the Allgäu-Walser-Pass shop.

First, check whether you have booked accommodation with a participating SKI Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal provider and whether your guest details have been entered in full. Then contact your host before purchasing a ski pass at the standard price.

No. This exclusive partner benefit is linked to a stay at a participating SKI Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal accommodation. The standard off-peak rate, valid from 1st March, is, however, also available to guests who are not staying at a partner accommodation.

To qualify for the exclusive partner rate, your eligible accommodation booking must already be on file in the system. You should therefore only purchase your ski pass once you have booked your partner accommodation and received the relevant details.

It is not automatically possible to switch to a partner rate retrospectively. Please contact the sales outlet or the relevant customer service department of the cable cars with your accommodation confirmation and your ski pass purchase receipt.

Cancellation may result in the loss of eligibility for the exclusive partner rate. The cancellation and refund terms agreed at the time of purchase apply to both the accommodation and the ski pass.

As these may be separate bookings, you may need to cancel your accommodation and ski pass separately. Please contact both your accommodation provider and the ski pass sales outlet.

If you have any questions regarding availability, payment, rebooking or cancellation, please contact your accommodation provider or the official booking platform you used. SKI Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal cannot process bookings made through external channels.

First, contact your host or the support team at the official ski pass shop. Please have your accommodation confirmation, your travel dates and, if applicable, your guest card or booking number to hand.

No. SKI Oberstdorf Kleinwalsertal showcases partner accommodation, enables you to compare options and provides links to external booking platforms. The relevant contract is concluded exclusively between you and the accommodation provider or the operator of the external booking platform.
